Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the key player leading customers through our deployment lifecycle, solution delivery, and issue resolution. You are responsible for managing the Customer experience from project start-up through go-life.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Serve as a Consultant and SME proactively provide solutions, and be able to translate customer needs into implementable business solution to enable long-term success. .
  • Identifies, and shapes opportunities to provide or create additional business value
  • Work to ensure appropriate resources are mobilized and delivery meets operational and contractual commitments
  • Defines an adaptive delivery model based on greater collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams
  • Serve as liaison between the team and the client managing all communications, and expectations.
  • Provide oversight for the execution of delivery of technology solutions per client
  • Manage budget targets for delivery including resource planning and invoicing.
  • Accountability on the success of the project (scope, time and budget), including managing changes across the project.
  • Responsible for internal resourcing to ensure we have appropriate team members available and dedicated to fulfilling client initiatives on time
  • Manage and maintain the scopes of work and accurate estimates within your project.
  • Develop, manage, and grow trust-based relationships with a client
  • Management and prioritization of multiple projects, pieces of business, and/or client teams concurrently

PREFERENCES:

  • 5+ years of Project Management & Client Relationship (Focused on Systems Integration projects, preferably custom applications, and digital solutions)
  • 3+ year working on a Consultant environment with Customer Centricity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field is preferred

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

The ideal candidate for this position has:

  • 2+ years of Agile practitioner (managing of Agile Projects, technical practices and frameworks)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments / projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to driving results
  • Must exhibit strong leadership abilities, and must exercise good judgment
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Jira, Basecamp, Smartsheet
